Abbie was an invaluable asset to the team during the Trade Commissioner Services (TCS) Web Modernisation project, where he played a key role in driving the redesign forward. His ability to move the project along at lightning speed while navigating complex challenges was impressive. Abbie consistently delivered top-notch work, from conducting insightful user research to creating user-centered design solutions that significantly improved the platform. Throughout the project, he maintained a positive and professional attitude, keeping the team motivated and aligned with the project goals. It was an absolute pleasure working with Abbie over the past year! Abbie was instrumental in leading various forms of UX research for the Trade Commissioner Service's digital modernisation. These forms of research included card sorting, tree-jack testing and moderated usability sessions using task basked questions and wireframe mock-ups. Abbie led the creation of four separate set of wireframes for desktop and mobile versions of the draft website in both English and French. Using the results and the validations learned in the card sorting and tree-jack testing Abbie provided recommendations on the labels and doormat text for the information architecture. Abbie’s open communication, willingness to listen and proactive approach to our work together made each of our research exercises run smoothly. I already miss Abbie’s positive attitude and I hope that our paths will cross again in the future!

Abhijeet was an integral part of our UX Design team. He was always willing to jump in and lend a hand, to push himself.
